What are your accessories made of?+
All our jewelry and accessories are crafted from premium stainless steel. It's hypoallergenic, tarnish-resistant, waterproof, and built to last — no green fingers or skin irritation.
How do I place an order?+
Simply browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details and confirm your order. We'll reach out to confirm via phone before dispatching.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay when you receive your order at your door — no online payment needed.
How long does delivery take?+
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within Egypt. Cairo and Giza orders usually arrive within 2–3 days. Remote governorates may take up to 5 days.
Is shipping free?+
Yes! Orders over 1,000 EGP qualify for free shipping across Egypt. For orders under 1,000 EGP, a flat shipping fee applies based on your governorate.
Can I return or exchange an item?+
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Contact us via WhatsApp to start a return or exchange.
Will stainless steel tarnish or change color?+
No. Unlike gold-plated or silver jewelry, stainless steel is highly resistant to tarnishing, rust, and discoloration. With basic care, your pieces will look great for years.
Is stainless steel jewelry safe for sensitive skin?+
Absolutely. Stainless steel is hypoallergenic and nickel-safe, making it perfect for people with metal allergies or sensitive skin.
How do I care for my accessories?+
Stainless steel is low-maintenance. Simply wipe with a soft cloth after wearing. Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals. You can shower and swim with most of our pieces.
Do you offer gift wrapping?+
All orders come in our signature Wahj packaging, making them gift-ready. If you need a custom note, mention it in the order notes at checkout.

Do you ship outside Egypt?+
